They’ll come in handy if and when I want to go anywhere while “off bike”, seeing that the road shoes I bought transform me into a flat-footed bastard and have zero visual appeal. Unlike shoes, sandals take little time to dry and don’t require socks. Could my toes get cold? Sure! But that ain’t something I’m a-going to worry about today.
